Sprints List

3… 2… 1… Sprint!

Sprints list gives you an overview of all Sprints in your project: finished Sprints, ongoing Sprint and upcoming Sprints.

Sprint Settings

Get ready!

Creating a Sprint is really easy. Just tap Add Button.

Add

Newly created Sprints will be attached to the last one and uses the same duration. You can adjust Sprint start date and duration if you like.

Speed-up!

While in Sprint List view rotate your device to check commitment and actual team velocity of previous sprints. After at least 5 completed Sprints Scrum2Go will provide a forecast of expected velocity to support negotiating further commitments.

Make progress, track progress!

Sprint overview shows Sprint Backlog – prioritized list of Backlog Items you are working on in the Sprint. You easily see all the important information like Description, Sizing and Status. Tap Edit button to reprioritize Backlog Items.

Application icon shows the number of impeeded Backlog Items.

Burndown, but don’t burn out!

Rotate your device when you are in Sprint Overview to get Sprint Burndown chart displayed. The Burndown chart makes your team’s progress visible and gives you an idea of whether you are holding your commitment or not.

Backlog Item

Item by Item, the details!

A Backlog Item – a work unit you commit to – has a Description, measured in Story Points and has a Status.

All statuses have color coding:

Status not started Work on this backlog item has not been started.
Status in progress Work in progress.
Status finished Backlog item is finished and ready for review.
Status impeeded Work on this backlog item is not possible due to external impediments.

Sprint planning

Each sprint starts with sprint planning. Create sprints easily, set start date and duration, add backlog items and see when your capacity is reached. Scrum2Go supports you when you are negotiating commitments. After sprint planning you are well prepared for the coming tasks.

Sprint tracking

The sprint is on and the team burns down story points. Keep track of your team's progress and update backlog item states. Iterating through backlog items is very handy in order to update states in daily scrum. Make impeded backlog items visible and resolve impediments right away.

Reporting & Statistics

With Scrum2Go in your pocket you can give information about the team's progress at any time. Report done or impeded backlog items, view Burndown chart, check your team's velocity and identify capacity problems early. Use statistics of previous sprints as valuable input for upcoming sprints and basis for future planning. Scrum2Go is always in your pocket and accessible wherever you are.

Workflow

Interaction with Scrum2Go is minimum time consuming and provides maximum support. An example of a typical workflow is:
  1. start Scrum2Go
  2. update backlog item states
  3. verify the burn down chart
  4. close the application
